Ally Sheedy Bio
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actress. Her film debut was 1983's Bad Boys, she was part of the Brat Pack group of actors and starred as a character in WarGames The Breakfast Club and Short Circuit. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art. On April 12, the 12th of April, 1992 Sheedy married actor David Lansbury, the cousin of actress Angela Lansbury and son of Edgar Lansbury the original producer of Godspell. Beckett is their son born in 1994. Sheedy gained a wealth of knowledge from Beckett, a transman. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy - born on June 13th, 1962 is an American writer and actor. She has also worked in stage, film, and television. Her most famous work is the Bratpack film The Breakfast Club & St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the title of a John Hughes-directed film. The film's title, "The Breakfast Club" refers to the name of a school for detention. Presumably, students would be in the morning, arriving at the time of breakfast. It's the Next Generation. Sheedy added the title "teacher" in her extensive resume. She is a teacher of acting classes at City College in New York City and she has loved taking her students under her guidance.
