Lesley-Ann was born in Cape Town, South Africa on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is a model and actress best known as a TV actress as well as film. After beginning her acting career through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her second role, playing Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt was the main character Mazikeen from the year 2016. The series Lucifer has a lead character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up in Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as a retail salesperson and as a recruiter in the field of information technology. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity that she starred in, playing Leilani F'auigaese back in 2009, her debut role taken on. Then, in 2021 she made her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl named Naevia. Her role as Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen started her new role as a bounty hunter in Netflix's smash hit Lucifer. This is her biggest role to date. This show has her co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
